What it is

An honest assessment of where your
business development function stands.

Most firms don't know what's broken in their BD function. They only know it isn't producing what it should. The Pipeline Audit gives you a clear, structured answer in two weeks, delivered as a written scorecard with a prioritized list of what to fix first.

You get the kind of clarity normally reserved for firms paying six figures for a strategic review, at a fraction of the cost.

What you get
  1. A 60-minute intake call covering your current BD activity, pipeline, contact data, messaging, and tools.
  2. A written scorecard rating your firm across ten BD dimensions on a 1 to 10 scale.
  3. Three to five specific, prioritized recommendations for the next 90 days.
  4. A 60-minute presentation call walking your leadership team through the findings.
  5. An honest assessment of whether the 100-Day Pipeline Program is the right next step for your firm.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from a free consultation?

A free consultation gives you a sales conversation. The Pipeline Audit gives you a scored, written diagnostic of your business development function with prioritized recommendations you can act on whether or not you continue working with us. The audit is a real piece of work, not a pre-pitch.

Who runs the audit?

Ashley Bartlett and David Riener lead every audit personally. We do not outsource the diagnostic, the scoring, or the recommendations.

What happens if we don't move into the Pipeline Program after the audit?

You keep your written scorecard and your 90-day recommendations. We part as friends. No pressure, no follow-up cycle, no upsell pitch. The audit stands on its own as a finished deliverable.

How much time do we have to commit?

Approximately two hours from your team across the two weeks: a 60-minute intake call at the start, and a 60-minute presentation call at the end. The independent review work in between happens on our side without pulling on your time.

Is the bonus credit really automatic?

Yes. If you engage in the 100-Day Pipeline Program within 30 days of your final report, your $1,500 audit fee is fully credited against the Program investment. No paperwork, no hoops.
