We build consistent pipeline for professional services firms — no full-time hire required.
Let's Talk
Helping professional services firms replace the BD scramble with repeatable outreach, relationship-first strategy, and consistent pipeline momentum.
Every firm is different. We offer two ways to work together — a focused 100-day pipeline build, or ongoing fractional BD leadership embedded inside your firm.
In 100 days, we install the business development infrastructure your firm has been meaning to build for years — a system that produces qualified conversations on a predictable cadence, with no long-term commitment. By day 100, your firm owns a working machine.
When business development isn't a project — when it's an ongoing function your firm needs to run for the next several years — we step in as your Pipeline Office. We own the strategy, run the systems, and manage the weekly execution that turn your firm into a relationship engine.
A $1,500 scored diagnostic of your business development function, delivered in two weeks. Fully credited toward the 100-Day Pipeline Program if you choose to continue.

Marketing agencies optimize for top-of-funnel volume — clicks, downloads, form fills. We build relationship-driven pipeline rooted in your firm's existing credibility, dormant network, and referral partners. Outbound is one tool we use, not the whole strategy. The result is fewer "leads," but a far higher percentage of them turn into actual clients.
A full-time BD executive runs $150,000–$250,000 in total compensation, plus six to twelve months of recruiting, onboarding, and ramp-up risk. The Pipeline Office gives you embedded BD leadership at roughly one-third the cost with no hiring risk. Many firms eventually do hire — and when they do, they inherit a working system rather than starting from scratch.
Professional services firms doing $5 million or more in annual revenue — CPA firms, IT and managed services providers, law firms, consulting practices, financial advisory firms, and specialized agencies. Our work is best suited to firms whose growth depends on trust, expertise, and relationships rather than transactional volume.
If we don't generate 20 qualified conversations with target accounts within 100 days, we continue working at no additional cost for the next 30 days until we do. A qualified conversation is defined as a substantive reply or scheduled meeting with a decision-maker at a target account who has expressed genuine interest in learning more about your firm. The guarantee is a real backstop, not marketing language.
Roughly two hours per week from one designated point of contact — a weekly strategy session with us, plus quick approvals as conversations move forward. The purpose of hiring us is to remove the work from your team, not add to it. We do not require your senior people to sit in long planning meetings or build assets themselves.
It is long enough to build real infrastructure and prove what works inside your specific market, short enough to maintain focus and accountability, and structured to create a clear decision point at day 80 about what comes next. Shorter engagements rarely produce compounding results. Longer ones encourage drift.
Ashley Bartlett and David Riener lead every engagement directly. We have a small, vetted support team that handles deliverability infrastructure and list management under our direct oversight. We do not outsource strategy, messaging, or your client relationships.
No. We work inside whatever CRM your firm currently uses. If your firm doesn't yet have a CRM, we'll recommend one that fits your size and stage — but the decision to adopt it is yours, not ours.
You keep all of it. The target list, the messaging architecture, the outbound infrastructure, the CRM workflow, the dormant reactivation plan — every asset transfers to your team with a transition document so you can run it internally if you choose to.
The Office has a six-month minimum because the system needs time to compound — the first two months are heavy onboarding and the flywheel really begins producing in months three through six. After month six, the engagement continues month-to-month with 30 days' written notice. We don't lock anyone in long-term. We earn the relationship every month.
Let's have a conversation about where your firm is today and where you want to go.
Schedule a ConversationWhether you're exploring options or ready to get started, we'd love to learn about your firm and where you're headed. No pressure, no pitch — just a real conversation about what's possible.
